All I Want For Christmas Are My Two Front Teeth!

Look who lost some more teeth!
Laney's two front teeth have been lose for about a month now and she just couldn't get them out. Well Eric took a look at them and they were barely hangin' on. He told Laney he was just gonna pull them out, but she was very scared that it was going to hurt. She finally let Eric near her mouth and one little twist later out they popped!
Here is her cute toothless smile! Isn't she cute!

Laney Banes!

So, I just need to post this before I forget this funny moment with HI-larious Laney!
She was telling funny little jokes to Logan and then did this...
High five
To the side
Up in space
In your face!
She planted her hand straight into Logan's face and they both started giggling and giggling. Aww, I just love these kids. I can just smile and laugh all day with their antics and I'm very glad and feel very fortunate to be able to do that. I love being a stay at home mom! Best job in the world and most days the hardest, but I just LOVE it!
Watch out though, next time you see Laney you just might get a hand planted in your face. The kids have been doing it for the last couple of days and rolling on the ground in laughter. My little jokesters!

Pumpkin decorating, fall festival, birthday, and MURDER!

MURDER happened in our house this weekend. Eric saw a mouse under our upstairs couch and instructed me to help him kill it. I absolutely HATE mice and wanted no part in this, but I had to protect my sweet little kids from the unwanted guest. We chased it back and forth from each other until it came my way and Eric said "whack it" I did and low and behold I killed my first mouse. Poor lit'l fella, but that'll teach you to come into MY house!
We had a lot of fun this weekend minus the mouse event. We celebrated Laney's birthday-can't believe she is 6 already, decorated pumpkins, and went to the South Jordan Fall Festival-which happened to be on Laney's birthday. This picture is all of us watching Snow White, which Laney got as her present from us.
Laney happy as a clam to get another princess movie!
This year we put a spin on birthday cake. These are cake pops. They were a huge hit!
Laney decorating her pumpkin at the Fall Festival. We only did this activity, because it was pouring like cats and dogs and this activity luckily was under a tent.
Alexis and her pumpkin
Kaleigh making a goofy face-AGAIN, and Logan proud of their pumpkins, wondering what was next. Nothing, because it started to pour. Although we did have a treat before we left. We got a free sample of pie from Village Inn-they were one of the sponsors for the festival. Next year we hope it won't be raining, because there was face painting, pumpkin bowling, costume contest, carving contest, and free hot chocolate and cookies. But little kids, infant, and pouring rain just don't mix!
Finished pumpkins-Alexis, Laney, Logan, Kaleigh, and the lit'l piggie is Bella's. Noah wouldn't let his go so he kept his.
The kids all proud of their creations.
Noah enjoying his pumpkin and having fun pulling off the stickers from it. Gotta love this little goofy guy. A busy weekend again, but lots of fun! Now we just have one more birthday this week and Halloween, then it will be quiet until Thanksgiving. Gotta just love raising a big bunch!

Games Over and Cute Bella

So T-ball has come to an end, and just in time for the dark to be coming sooner in the evening. When Laney would have a game at 6:30 it would be dark by 7:00 p.m., so we are glad games are now done. Both Laney and Logan had a blast. I finally was able to get a picture of Laney at bat and I took some cute pics. of Bella. She's growing way too fast, but she's still cute as a button.
I just love this smile of hers.

My two gorgeous girls right before we left for the games.

Kids say the darndest things!

Funny lit'l Laney
So, I was in the kitchen cleaning up and Bella was in her bouncer and started to cry. I noticed that she needed her diaper changed-IMMEDIATELY, so I asked Eric to go and change her. Well the kids were at the table eating their lunch and my sweet, adorable little daughter said "mom, why do you tell dad what to do, is he your servant or something" yep that's right folks out of the mouths of babes. My lit'l darlin' Laney had us cracking up over that little comment for hours. They all keep us laughing everyday more and more.

It FINALLY came out!

FINALLY! Laney's 2nd tooth came out-with Eric's help. It has been dangling all week, but Laney was too scared to let us near it. Eric finally got in her mouth tonight and looked at it, wiggled it and here it is.
Yay! I now have 2 "loose tooths"

A Fun Surprise!

This is what happened Sunday morning right before church.
Laney's first lost tooth.
Here it is! Proud as she can be. She even has another loose one ready to come out any moment. Man, how did she get so big so fast.

In this pocket you will find A teensy, tiny tooth of mine. So while I sleep where dreams are made, Let's see if you can make a trade.
In this pocket I will lay, the little tooth I lost today. Please, dear fairy, tonight as I sleep leave me a coin. My tooth you can keep.

Take me out to the ball game!

So it's that time again, fall sports. This year we decided to let the younger ones finally try their hands at sports. We signed up Logan and Laney for t-ball and they are having a blast so far. It's new for them, they are not use to organized play, but are having a blast at learning how to play on a team.Logan up at bat for the very first time. He's so cute and so old! AAGH!
He was proud of himself when he wacked the ball off the stand. Yay, Logan, now run! He is still learning that part.

This is a picture of his little team. They are so cute!
Laney standing in the field having a blast. She actually has a friend on her team from her primary class. She absolutely loves t-ball.
I kept missing the picture of her at bat, due to I was holding Bella and the camera, but here she is running home. We are enjoying watching these two begin their love of sports and being a part of a team. Alexis and Kaleigh will be doing sports this winter. Kaleigh wanted to do indoor soccer which begins in November and Alexis wants to do basketball again which doesn't begin until December. It's nice just having the two do something right now.

Fashion Show

The boys and I got invited to a fashion show put on by Kaleigh and Laney. It was way cute. We had a day with no planned activity and K and L spent the morning dressing and accessorizing their barbies. They requested us to come see the show and the boys ran into their room and took their seats. Logan was really excited to see the show. He's so cute and loves his sisters to death. They made up their own music and Kaleigh was the announcer.

The runway for the dolls was so cute. They are so imaginative and creative little girls. It really was a cute show.
Noah even sat still throughout the entire show. What cute little kiddies I have. I love being able to see these wonderful little moments. Staying at home and raising these kids has been one of the BEST decisions I have ever made. I just love my life.
